Avocado is a fruit of the family of Lauraceae. Its is originated from South Central Mexico and now it is eat by whole world. Avocado fruit have green or yellowish buttery flesh. They can eat in many way like in salad and in desserts. Its size is approx the size of hen’s egg.  Avocado is very helpful in our daily lifestyle as it maintain the cholestrol level of body, keep our body active.
